The company holds a commanding position & are the undisputed leaders in the category of products they deal in.  - In line with company's long term strategic plans, the organization is looking at a person who will be responsible for setting up and leading the HR function for a new factory that is being started by my client.  - Client is looking for top end professionals with 10 -15 years of experience who have rich experience in Factory HR with good exposure to union management, wage negotiations and also running the HR processes and systems  Job Responsibilities :  - Provide leadership and support in functional areas of human resources including recruitment, employment, personnel records, employee and labour relations, job evaluation, benefits administration, employee development, training, and special projects.  - Serves as a strategic and tactical business partner to the Plant leadership team.  - Support the administration of Workers Compensation and coordination of workplace safety programs.  - Assist in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee booklets, communications, and/or meetings.  - Plan and participate in Division Talent Management and Succession Review  Desired Skills & Qualifications :  - Full time Post Graduation in Human Resources from reputed colleges.   (In case candidate is from Tier 1/Tier 2 Business Schools then Batch should be 2006-2008)   - Total Experience should be 10 - 15 years with related factory experience in the last 4-5 years.  - Exposure to unions, wage settlements and start-up of any new unit is a must.   - Superior interpersonal skills and time management.  NOTE : PERSONS should have spent at-least 5-6 years of experience as Factory/Unit HR Head.
