Plant HR Head (Tier 1/2 Pedigree)
Job Description - Opportunity to lead HR for the Automotive Manufacturing Plant
- Oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of skilled professionals and workers.
- Implement and monitor employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction, productivity, and retention rates.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and execute training programs to upskill employees and enhance their technical competencies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, fostering a safe and
inclusive work environment.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, promoting a positive and cooperative workplace atmosphere.
- Develop and analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and identify
areas for improvement.
- Implement performance management systems to assess employee performance, set goals, and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with corporate HR teams to align plant-level HR practices with the organization's overall HR strategy.
Profile:
- 12+ years of experience in HR for Manufacturing organisations, ideally in Automotive organisations
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations related to manufacturing operations
- Industrial Relations experience, working with both unionised and non unionised organisations will be highly preferred
