Head - Plant Finance - FMCG - CA

Qualified CA - Plant Finance Head for Baddi (World Class FMCG Brand)

- Candidate will be responsible for the end to end management of P&L (Profit and Loss) of Baddi Plant as a business unit.

- Manage the controlling processes associated with the plan, budget and trends: assessing the major objectives, analyzing the results of activity, anticipating risks, and carrying out the necessary arbitration with members of the management committee with regard to the allocation of resources.

- Implement and maintain permanent procedures to guarantee the coherence, relevance and reliability of management information flows and financial flows in line with the Group's standards.

- Implement all necessary initiatives required to manage and apply procedures and good practices pertaining to Internal Control.

- Optimize savings and productivity opportunities and to propose them to his/her Management Committee in order to optimize costs

- Supervise the drafting of monthly reports.
