Head - Plant Finance - CA/ICWA

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Business Plan & quarterly forecast

- Involve in development of monthly or Quarterly monitoring process for operational performance vs plan to focus on deviations, areas of concern etc.

- To set targets for driving overall objectives of the plant

- Responsible for building visibility in all areas of operations - Working capital, manufacturing & base costs

- Involve in preparation of financial report and monthly finance review charts

- Accountable for monthly financial planning & analysis

- Monitor quality of reporting with respect to delivery and accuracy

- Ensure robust analysis of all financial data submitted from the Plant and provide explanations in all queries from Corporate

- Analyze all variances between forecast and actual results and support Central Finance in making robust reporting of financial to Corporate.

- Inventory Provision and support central team during Audits.

- To carry all Statutory compliance related procedures in Export formalities

- Governing the Taxation procedures in the plant

Desired Profile :

UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG - CA / ICWA

- Exposure in Plant Finance Operations

- Should have worked in Factory set up for minimum of 5 Years
