At present we are having a role of HEAD PLANT ACCOUNTS for a reputed manufacturing company based out of HALDIA plant location.

LOOKING FOR A QUALIFIED CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT

Position : Head - Accounts

Base Location : Haldia

ROLE OBJECTIVE:

- To function as head of accounts & finance of the factory, satisfy all head office , factory , & statutory Requirements , to take care of assets & inventory of factory.

Key Accountabilities:

- END RESULTS KEY ACTIVITIES

- To satisfy HO requirements Preparation of monthly, qtrly & annual accounts as Per time schedule

- To satisfy all audit requirements Statutory, internal, income tax, central excise(ag & ea) Vat & related audits-compete compliance

- To satisfy factory requirements Correct invoicing for customers, product costing, wages & salaries payment ,mfg & other mis, regular reporting of scrap, yield, conversion cost.

- To satisfy statutory requirements Income tax, provident fund, proff tax, esi deposit of dues & submission of returns as per rules.

- To achieve control targets, inventory monitoring, TPM activities, subordinate Developments To take initiatives in all these areas to satisfy factory, ho & departmental objectives

Key Customers:

- Customers, regions & branches where despatches are made

- Suppliers who supply their products to haldia

- Statutory, govt & local semi-govt offices.

- Production, material control, engg service deptts of factory.

- SBU marketing deptts.

- Knowledge & experience in Sap FICO

Critical Capabilities:

- Must have leadership qualities, affability and accessibility to staff and workmen.

- Must be business and management systems proficient in electronic media.

- Must have auditing knowledge.

- Must have costing and accounting expertise.

- Must have expertise at accounting relationships with factory MIS , Scrap , Yield and Productivity.
