Head - Planning & Merchandising - Retail

Job Description:

- Headed the Planning team which is responsible for merchandise planning, range planning & selection, and profitability indexing for Stores, Category & Brands.

- The job is a bridge between the stores and the backend planning team and is aimed at driving the sales at front end by driving in depth analysis of business impact of product and anticipating future product requirement.

- The job also entails understanding of Customer expectations, current trends and providing real time insights to the category & design teams.

- Responsible for Strategy, Inventory planning, Retail Planning and Retail Merchandising
