Planning Head

Purpose:

- Primary role of the individual is to be the eyes & ears/partner of the brand CEO, help set brand direction and drive execution, support execution of business strategy, calibrate performance daily with CEO and help coach/course correct teams appropriately.

- Be voice of Ops in the RSC when the CEO and operators are not present.

Stakeholder interactions:

- Franchisor team

- Brand CEOs

- MMs

Qualification & Industry:

- MBA Finance and consulting or FMCG/Retail planning role experience required.

- Look at candidates from IMT Gaziabad, MDI, Punjab Uni, etc.
