Responsibilities: - As a Head of Planning you will be responsible for coordinating an integrated, evidence-based approach to planning across the business. - You will work with senior colleagues across the organization to develop, interpret and disseminate data to underpin planning and decision-making relating to resources, portfolio management and commercial activity, in line with strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Strategic Planning and Projects impacting P&L for the organization - Drive & Lead P&L Measurement, P&L Control and Improvement Projects - Identifying & Driving Business Planning Efforts across Demand, Supply & Operations - Drive margins and overall product quality on the platform - Collaborate with Sourcing and Demand Teams to Expand Categories - Working closely with sales ops, supply chain and marketing teams to ensure the right product is available at the right price, at the right quality - Set the direction for financially sound season/category plans based on forecasts and interpretation of historical data plus external trend analysis - Formulate the merchandising strategy and direction for buying teams ; review actuals against plan and set the direction for any contingency plans - Own the Category P&L and Margins of each Private Label for the Organization Requirements: - Experience generating Demand Plans, S&OP Plans for a Private Label - History of quickly gaining credibility, partnering with business leaders & exhibiting executive presence - Strong Data Analytical Skills & an ability to formulate concise solutions to complex problems
