Head - Planning & Controlling - CA/ICWAI - Healthcare/Pharma

Responsbilities :

Lead the bottom up planning and coordinate budget planning processes of business area during MTA / MBR, consolidate budget planning, derive respective realistic forecasts in order to ensure that the budgeting process of company is followed in the Global tool to enable business planning based on external data points like market, Go-to-market vs internal data points like Headcount, SGA, productivity, profits, NCE Elements and Cash.

- Consolidation of Strategy Plan of the Division.

- Ensure Implementation of the HQ driven Business Area and Business Line policies and guidelines in the region with adapation to the country specific processes and procedures within the framework of the country policies and guidelines. Ensure that the risks in the business is highlighted to all the stakeholders on a timely basis

- Prepare SG&A Budget of the Business Line and Business Area, monthly monitoring, implement control mechanisms to remain within the budget, provide explanations for deviations and ensure that the overall policy is adhered.

- Ensure that profitability trends are prepared and analysed for meaningful discussion with HQ and recommend course corrections to meet the threshold.

- Respsonsible for review, analyze monthly financial results (Sales Margin), forecast submission, adhere to monthly / quarterly / annual closing deadlines.To ensure timely and accurate monthly/quarterly /yearly financial results are reported in the accounting system.

- Analyse monthly performance, review the deviations with the stakeholders, provide explanations for deviations to the forecast with regular commentaries and consolidation of Rolling Forecast on a Monthly basis.

- Advise the team on preparation of financial statement to provide and True and Correct picture of the Business.

Desired Qualification & Experience :

- CA/ICWAI (with 10 Yrs - 15 Yrs of Experience in Performance Controlling, Business Administration )

- Hands on experience to SAP (FICO & SD) essential.Ability to learn and adapt to Global IT tools. Familiar with Indirect Taxation and Import Duties
