Head - Planning , Buying & Merchandising for Retail EBO 

Role involves handling following responsibilities:

- Season wise merchandise Planning

- Buying of Seasons's Merchandise as per plan

- Manage Allocation & Replenishment

- Improve full price sell through

- Minimize Markdown

- Pullback /Liquidate old inventory

- Improve inventory turns

- Improve Fill rate and freshness at stores

- Training and development of team

NIFT graduates ( MFM or BF Tech ) with 8 to 10 years of experience in Planning & Buying for Retail EBO

Candidate MUST have experience in Men's Apparels

Product knowledge of Casual Garments will be added advantage
