- This role is for a fast growing reputed organisation in online education space providing high end industry relevant programs designed and delivered in collaboration with world class faculty and industry - Own relationships with organisations across India for placement of trained alumni - Plan and execute online & offline placement drives and invite organisations to hire from our talented professional pool - Develop marketing plan for engagement activities with organisations to strengthen relationships with the org - Work closely with program teams to understand unique aspects of our alumni pool - Develop a mechanism that provides organisations visibility to organization's talent pool and success stories - Own and manage the national placement account managers team and their quotas - Work experience of 7+ years as a relationship head for B-School OR Learning Management Org. - Working relationships with organisations including CHRO's & Recruitment Heads - Up-to-date with new technological trends and platform for careers & skill management - Ability to lead a dynamic team passionate about career management and placements - Active interest in improving the demand-supply mechanism of relevant talent in India - Familiar with EdTech and Online Learning Platforms & Industry Salary will not be a constrain for the right candidate.
