Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates for placement tie-ups of students pursuing specialization courses in cutting-edge technologies.
- Lead the targets for the recruitment of students enrolled and ensure placement of 100% eligible learners.
- Drive the entire corporate engagement and strategy for placing students
- Responsible for end-to-end student placement preparation and career counseling
- Represent the company on various industry forums, such as association events and conferences, and build a network with HR & IT leaders on how manpower needs can be supported.
- Responsible for industry live projects and interactions in the form of Industry Leadership Series, Webinars, Hackathons, Meetups
- Working with the program management and student engagement team for database management and analysis, creating and maintaining Student Life Cycle and placement trackers, comparative analysis of student and placement data
- Building a team and setting up internal processes to achieve the above objectives
- Build and manage all third-party alliances and partnerships as per business requirements
- Set up meetings between decision-makers of organizations for developing collaborative relationships.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Post-graduate from a Tier 1 institute. MBA preferred.
- Strong knowledge in placement & training industry
- Overall experience: minimum 10 years experience in corporate relations, placement and training, and partnerships
- University or Ed-tech experience (Higher education / Professional education) is a must
- Entrepreneurial mindset and Self motivated. Experience of building business/teams from scratch will be an advantage
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Open to travel extensively and effectively work with people from diverse backgrounds
