Head - P&L Operations
Responsibilities:
P&L Ownership:
- Take charge of the financial performance of staffing services in the designated region, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team
- Take charge of the financial performance of staffing services effectively manage staffing operations and drive business objectives.
GTM Strategy:
- Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new line of business projects, leveraging market insights and industry trends to drive success.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Drive sales efforts to aggressively expand business within the current customer base while also identifying and acquiring new clients to generate additional revenue streams.
Strategic Alignment:
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to provide insights and recommendations for the growth of the business, ensuring alignment of revenue strategy with overall company objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at Enterprise-sized businesses, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Worker Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the entire worker lifecycle journey on the platform, from supply building and onboarding to fulfilment activities, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all stakeholders.
Worker Experience:
- Prioritize the long-term benefit of clients and the Smart staff platform by continuously improving the worker experience and fostering a supportive and engaging work environment.
