Head - P&L - Loan Business

Job Title: Head of BNPL

Grade: Associate Director/Director

Reporting to: CEO, OFS

Job Summary

- Lead the BNPL business and accountable for the PnL, growth and profitability across business verticals i.e. Post paid, Post paid+ and personal loans

- Design strategies to increase the user base and spends on wallet through consumer first and product driven approaches

- Drive partnerships with different financers for various product lines

- Own the GTM for various product and drive execution excellence

- Drive strategic innovation across the business (including product, marketing & operations) and pursue them to foster business growth

- Identify new data models that can be created to build new products across the group ecosystem.

- Ensure that the organization's operational policies are compliant with all regulatory requirements.

KPI

- GMV, Revenue & EBITDA AOP vs Actual of BNPL businesses

- Annual expected disbursal in thousands Crore

- Compliance adherence with all regulatory requirements and clean RBI Audit reports

Experience:

- 8+ years of overall experience in managing PnL in a NBFC/fintech/startup/fast paced environment with minimum of 8+ years in lending & payment space

Educational Qualifications:

- Must have - MBA

- Good to have - CA
