We are partnering with one of out growing Portfolio firm, Park+ to hire P&amp;L leader for a new Category that is being launched (Insurance) Reports to : Founder &amp; Managing Director Position Objective : As a Head for the Insurance Business unit, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. - Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position. - Ultimately, you should aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with large, distributed customers. - Developing and implementing effective sales strategies - Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets - Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts What will you do? - Deepen understanding of the Insurance vertical around the offering, portfolio and compliance - Approach, liaise and build partnerships with the leading players in the industry - Work closely with the PM/Growth team to drive the business mandate - Own the PnL for the Insurance vertical - Maintain thought leadership in the space - Driving NPS and repeat purchases - Develop and implement effective sales strategies - Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements - Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities - Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency - Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board What we are looking for? - Experience : 8- 12 Years of Sales experience - Preferred Domain exposure : Insurance - Experience managing a high-performance sales team - An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics - Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills - Strong communication and team management skills - Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude - Availability to travel as needed - MBA degree from top B schools would be preferred What's On Offer: - You will be part of the core team of a fast growing startup, which has established itself as a disruptor in its field. - A unique opportunity to work with a funded start up, which has gained significant traction and garnered interest, and has scaled up very rapidly - Working with a passionate, high performance and high quality leadership team with a strong bias for action - Wealth creation opportunity.
