Job Description :

- Creating vision, strategy and systems for Group Philanthropy and improving and ensuring deliver of SOPs.

- Developing, presenting and getting approval on annual / real time activity plan & budget

- Developing and circulating activity and assessment report

- Lead and manage new initiatives and operations

- Developing and ensuring standard operating procedures

- Conceptualizing and implementing projects and programs

- Supervise the standardization, improvement, and maintenance of all aspects of the Group volunteer program, including volunteer recruitment, cultivation, orientation, scheduling, retention, training, recognition, and evaluation.

- Coordinates monthly reporting and financial recording with the Finance Department for board reports and audits.

- Identify and apply innovative technologies that will assist Group's development and communication efforts.

- Managing funds and fund-raising affairs

- Ensuring adherence to statutory compliances

- Support to Board of Trustees by developing and circulating notices, reports, and agenda, coordinating meetings and keeping minutes of the meetings

- Responsible for communication with internal senior management and external stakeholders especially donors and project partner

- Developing and publishing communication material to get visibility

- Create, maintain, and apply best practices and policies for online and print communications.

- Administration and monitoring of line management

- Representing Entire Group in different developmental forum
