Head/Vice President/Director/CEO - Operations - Pharma

- To oversee all daily operations of the various Plants in India, from manufacturing to end delivery ensuring all policies & procedures are followed.

- Will drive continuous improvement & optimization of all processes. Implementation of Company Strategy, vision and business plans across all sites of the company.

- Optimizing the operations including Production, Quality, Logistics, Engineering and Maintenance. Striving to increase production, assets' capacity and flexibility while minimizing costs. Ensuring Company's conformity to all EHS standards, norms, practices and policies.

- Oversee departmental procedures and documentation to comply with ISO Systems, GMP, Lean, Six Sigma, USFDA & other requirements. Should have had an international stint in the work profile.

- Minimum 15 years of experience should be in Managerial Level, preferably from Pharma or pharma packaging industry.

- Open to looking at candidates who are currently abroad and want to return to India for work.
