Champion projects to address complex/critical issues in C&B faced by the organization and to meet its long-term goals and objectives
Define the process for systematic job analysis and evaluation for all job roles
Design and execute C&B strategy aligned to the business requirements
Design and/or advise on rewards, recognition, incentive programs for productivity enhancements and employee retention
Design pay structures for all job roles and define the process for periodic benchmarking
Develop and implement C&B Policies, Processes and Tools
Develop and implement frameworks for Compensation reviews and PMS Management across the organization
Drive C&B governance through requisite controls, audits, and other relevant mechanisms
Ensure delivery of cost-effective employee-friendly benefits programs
Own and implement programs for Top leadership compensation, LTI, PLI and related matters
