Head : Performance & Quality
Deliverables and Responsibilities :
- Set performance & quality standards for various network elements of CDMA, GSM, Wi-Fi, NLD, Enterprise and IP-MPLS network
- Lead end to end quality initiatives for the function across various work groups within Technology i.e., Operations, Planning, Vendors Partners
- Data Analysis of data and trends for the use of better network dimension, customer usage experience resulting in superior network performance
- Collaborate with Business Units on plan development and solution delivery that helps customer usage/experience - Initiate, drive & track continuous improvements in benchmarking exercises like customer experience and evaluation/management
- Work proactively with stakeholders across functions to ensure compliance to legal and regulatory.
Desired Profile : BE / B Tech with 20+ years experience
Key Skills and Attributes :
- Hands-on Expert level experience in Planning and Implementation of wireless and wireline technologies
- Adept about various aspects of voice & data optimization tools and techniques.
- Customer centric, Quality conscious, result oriented that help improve operational and implementation efficiencies.
- Believer in innovation and leads change from the front. Has proven record of creative solutions that span across business and network requirements.
- People motivator and a partner of management, customer and staff.
- An acumen of engineer, complemented by influencing management skills
