Head - Performance Management (15+ Years)
This advertisement comes to you on behalf of our MNC Client in Investment Banking Domain.
Our client is a large European Bank and a major Financial Services company which has a substantial global presence. It is the leading French bank and a major bank in the European zone.
Now, we have the following opening for Head – Performance Management with the above mentioned client for their Global Service Center in Bangalore.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Role of Deputy Head of the GSC Delivery Excellence, with direct responsibility of the Performance Management
- Ownership of Global Service Centre(GSC) Performance Indicators
- Thorough review of indicators across GSC in order to (i) map them all, (ii) identify relevant ones and ones to be cancelled (i.e. duplicates or unnecessary KPIs)
- Proposal of new KPIs/ KPIs changes in coordination with BLs and DX other teams
- Proposal for MRM and RESG main KPIS, with dedicated template and consolidated view on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Be able to align GSC Vision with our partners’ one
- Accountable of GSC Performance Dashboards (Monthly Management Report and Quarterly Paris Scorecard)
- Ensure BLs and Corporate Functions consolidate their MRM support in due time and with appropriate template
- Analyze the MRM KPIs before the MRM meeting in order to provide some comment about each BLs performance
- Consolidate main KPIs and comments every Quarter for the RESG Performance Scorecard
- In charge of GSC KPIs analysis
- Root cause analysis with BLs when KPIs breached and follow-up the next months
- Work closely with other DX teams and BLs MSU to get insights about main Quality and Performance KPIs and events
- Ensure client’s benchmarks are gathered by BLS on a regular basis, consolidate results and identify main actions plan with each BL level
- Formalize and follow-up Quality and Performance main action plan for each BL
- Propose and influence some actions at GSC and BLs level based on indicators analysis
- Accountable of the data quality process: ensure that processes in place to produce indicators and to control data quality are appropriate
- As Delivery Excellence Deputy Head, assist the Head and play a role of Back Up
Key Sills Required:
Experience: 15+ years
- Significant Experiences of Senior Management in the Banking industry, with strong knowledge of Corporate and Investment Banking activities (IT and Operations).
- Exposure to Quality, Performance Management and Lean
- Maturity - Ability to stand back and get the whole picture - Analysis and Synthesis skills – Assertiveness – Capacity to interact with Senior Management – Capacity to challenge and initiate changes – Strategic view – Decision making – communication, oral and written – Rigor – Honesty
