Head - Performance Media Buying Practice - Advertising Firm

Role: Performance Media Head

Reporting To: CEO

Location: Gurgaon

Deliverables:

This role is responsible for running the performance media buying practice.

This practice will run large Programmatic, SEM and Paid Social campaigns for some of our large global clients. This role reports to the CEO and works along with global Programmatic and SEM strategists to deliver these campaigns in terms of strategy and execution.

Specific role deliverables :

- Managing marketing campaigns on programmatic platforms such as DSP, search engines, search engine management platforms etc.

- Run a team of search and programmatic specialists that manage the campaigns on a day to day basis

- Also, run a team of ad operations that integrates into campaign management

- Team management and leadership including building capability in newer techniques and technologies, building & defining delivery processes, SLA adherence and continuously refining the performance marketing capability

- Manage the customer interface by working closely with account programmatic, search leads

- Provide Customer Training as required

- Participate in internal projects as required

Experiences:

This role would have the following experiences -

- Graduate/MBA or equivalent

- 10+ years of digital marketing experience i.e. SEM, SEO, programmatic display etc. ideally for e-commerce or other performance advertisers

Skills :

This role would need to exhibit the following skills in line of work :

- Outstanding client handling and communication skills, written skills are critical

- Analytical and quantitative skills are critical

- Significant exposure to Programmatic Display will be a huge plus
