- We Have Urgent Opening for Performance Marketing Head for One of the well Funded Startup .

- We are seeking a passionate and self driven Performance Marketing Leader with experience in multiple online marketing channels in driving traffic, new customer acquisition, retention and growth.

- Have a First principles approach towards problem solving

- You are able to define an ambitious vision, goals & strategy as well as be able to execute these plans with excellence, deliver results and evaluate performance.

Your work will require you to:

- Leverage paid channels to drive top funnel, customer acquisition, engagement and retention

- Use data-driven marketing strategy to identify trends/patterns and opportunities for innovation, and make optimization recommendations across the user's journey.

- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, affiliate, social & other channels

Expected skill sets :

- Engineering or MBA from Tier 1 colleges

- 1+ years of experience in performance marketing in high growth start-up

- Deep experience with paid marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc)

- You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
