Performance Marketing Head Job Description Overview :&nbsp; At least 5-8 years within Performance Marketing including but not limited to Paid Search &amp; Paid Social. As Digital Performance Manager, your days will be spent across a large variety of different projects from implementation, strategy, cross-channel collaboration, client education, managing executives and analysts, brainstorming with other teams and more. Time management, prioritisation and relationship management skills are essential in this role in order to achieve market leading levels of client satisfaction. Roles &amp; Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Understanding and solving clients' problems with regards to the objectives to be achieved through Digital Media (on various Digital platforms like Google, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Email, Affiliates) and devise solutions through digital channels - A high level of experience utilising the Double Click stack, including creating bid strategies and trafficking - Analytical, yet operates strategically, with understanding of the 'big picture' - Good on the tools and platforms: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook - Competency with figures and simple calculations - including pivot tables, charts and formulae - Up to date Google/Bing/Facebook/Twitter training certifications - Have experience or have knowledge of in various social marketing platforms such as; Brand Networks or Spinklr - Working with Agencies, networks, Advertisers, Publishers, Affiliates - Manage Performance, Campaign/Offers &amp; Conversion - Working on new pitches &amp; way forward strategies for new and existing clients - Lead the team in demand generation and marketing funnel optimization efforts. - Auditing accounts and creating action plans for internal accounts to improve the performance. - Negotiating and coordinating with publishers and media vendors for Affiliate and Non- Biddable campaigns. - Monitoring day to day activities and assigning tasks among the media team - Proactive, and takes ownership of work - Strong attention to detail essential - Strong client-facing skills: understanding client needs, maintaining relationships, building partnerships
