Head - Performance Marketing
Responsibilities :
- Ensure the generation of required revenue from the clients and proper contract costing in order to meet the agreed budget targets
- To drive overall business objectives and marketing solutions for advertisers. By developing vertical expertise, that will include industry research and perspective.
- Media Planning, Strategy, and Measurement - To manage the planning, execution, ongoing reporting, and optimization of campaigns. To oversee budget, manage internal analytics & dashboards, and provide optimization and real-time targeting recommendations
- Have managed campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, DV360 & other platforms
- Should have experience is managing clients across verticals like BFSI, Ecommerce, Edutech, Fintech, Healthcare & so on
- Should have experience of managing 3rd party tracking tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, Salesforce, Hubspot & so on.
- Have experience of managing a team size of more than 20 members
- Identify and recommend enhanced and new services that answer clients' business needs
- Have a clear understanding of research and weighting methodology, dashboard/data interpretation, and system workings for problem-solving, critical thinking, bug support and troubleshooting
- Develop effective performance management arrangements that support the achievement of the business's overall targets
- Play an active role in the formulation of the business's growth strategies through ROI-based consumer approaches and data-driven acquisition strategies.
- Manage and grow the team of performance marketing strategy, execution and reporting executives and specialists
- Work closely with the sales department in order to ensure that there is a shared goal of improving revenue targets for the business goals, and objectives
- Manage a varied portfolio of clients across industries and geographies
- Be responsible for assessing pilot programs, their effectiveness, and long-term value for money
Requirements :
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, account management & client servicing
- Have been into team management roles for at least 5+ years
- An understanding of online and traditional advertising, Digital Marketing, Technology, and Facebook marketing solutions.
- A strong grasp of advertising & online marketing technologies and their implementation in an effective and efficient marketing strategy.
- Adept in critical thinking, analytical and technical skills.
- Skilled in Team building & scale up
- Skilled in developing and managing cross-functional partnerships as well as client relationships in challenging environments.
