Head - Performance Marketing - IIT/IIM/XLRI/BITS

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager who will oversee the strategic direction of multiple performance marketing channels. The digital projects you will be managing include online promotions and display advertising, content production, web building and design, and social media initiatives. You will also collaborate with the rest of our team to optimize programs, campaigns, and landing pages. Having 3 years of experience in managing digital performance media channels is required.

Other responsibilities you will take on include developing testing strategies, finding new traffic sources, and managing day-to-day communication with clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor key marketing performance metrics, including social and website engagement

- Identify and search for new opportunities for our company's online presence expansion

- Develop marketing strategies to expand our customer pool

- Collaborate with our content team to move projects forward and ensure that all campaigns are in accordance with marketing and brand strategies

- Communicate with our company's partners and clients

Requirements:

- Prior experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or a similar role for atleast 6 Years

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field

- MBA degree from IIT,IIM,XLRI,BITS will be preferred

- Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills

- Excellent knowledge of analytics and SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMRush, and SpyFu)

- Strong ability to synthesize complex concepts into easily understandable strategies

- Solid expertise in campaign analysis and reporting
