We are executing an exciting assignment of Performance Marketing (Digital Marketing) Head with one of the leading EdTech company in Mumbai. The KRA's would be: - Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy. - Lead product and market research for new product launch. - Lead competition and consumer research for existing product growth and value chain creation. - Create analytical reports for data driven decision making and cost optimization. - Driving lead generation campaigns (SEM, SMM &amp; SEO) to ensure enough MQL leads created to achieve sales goals. - Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand reputation and consistency. - Create inbound marketing channels. - Measure ROI and KPIs. - Liaise with Product, Design and Sales teams to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies. - Anticipate sales. The desirable would be: - Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing Manager. - Minimum 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies. - Should be able to hire, develop and drive teams (e.g. Content, Creative, SEO, Performance Marketing, Analytics, Automation etc.) - In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels. - Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices. - 5+ years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software. - Basic knowledge of web design procedures. - Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success. - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. - Team player.
