Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement performance management programs that align with organizational goals and objectives - Develop and implement OD interventions to drive change, increase efficiency and enhance organizational effectiveness - Identify and address talent gaps through effective talent management strategies including recruitment, retention, and career development - Analyze and interpret HR metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement - Provide guidance and support to management on HR policies and procedures - Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with business needs - Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality HR services
