Role : Lead Performance Management &amp; Compensation Rewards KRA's : - Review the existing performance assessment program and recommend / drive futuristic changes - Own, design, standardize and operationalize company's Talent Management Programs, Systems and Processes - Facilitate career progression for Hi-Pot talent and institute successions plans for critical roles - Provide Subject Matter Expertise in areas of Employee Compensation, Rewards etc - Design pay ranges along with trans-positioning and fitment of employees. - Responsible for developing and operationalizing merit-based rewards programs Candidate Specification : - 8 + yrs. of experience in working in talent management, compensation-specific role, having delivered consistent results across organizations / industries - A full time Post Graduation in Business Administration / HRM, or a Graduate Degree in Statistics / Mathematics (preferably graduated between 2008 - 2012) - Ability to manage senior stakeholders
