Head - People Technology - Shared Capability Center

We are seeking an experienced Head of People Technology to join our People Technology team in our new shared capability center (SCC) based in Hyderabad.

- This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of establishing People Technology capabilities in the SCC, with the flexibility to evolve into owning specific capabilities (e.g. AI, ML, Test Automation) as the function matures.

- The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and a proven track record in initiating and growing People Technology functions.

Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in initiating and growing People Technology functions in shared service centres.

- Knowledge and management experience of People Technology systems (Workday preferred) and their respective modules.

- Experience in implementing AI, ML, and Test Automation solutions in the HR domain.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
