Role Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced Head of People Technology to join a GCC in Hyderabad.

- This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of establishing People

- Technology capabilities in the GCC, with the flexibility to evolve into owning specific capabilities (e.g. AI, ML, Test Automation) as the function matures.

- The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and a proven track record in initiating and growing People Technology functions.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in initiating and growing People Technology functions in shared service centres.

- Knowledge and management experience of People Technology systems (Workday preferred) and their respective modules.

- Experience in implementing AI, ML, and Test Automation solutions in the HR domain.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with HR processes and best practices
