Job Title HEAD- PEOPLE SERVICES - MUMBAI

Division People Services (Candidates only from Staffing / Manpower industry)

Reports to CEO

Purpose of the Job

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

- Managing staffing solution for key accounts,

- New business development and acquisition of new clients

- Strengthening of existing key accounts business for PAN India as well as developing new clients through strong recruitment processes & pay-roll processes.

- Accountable for planning and Sales Management, revenue generation and branch profitability.

- Coaching and mentoring a team Developing

- Enhancing internal recruitment & team productivity.

- Overseeing manpower recruitment, performance analysis and appraisals as well as programmes to upgrade knowledge and optimize efficiency of sales & operations team.

Education and Experience

- PreferredPost graduate in MBA, having a degree from a globally renowned university.

- Minimum 20 plus years of experience
