Head of People Experience - Global East Hub (17-25 yrs)

Your Responsibilities:


- Implement and support the People Experience strategy within the region.

- Provide support to managers and employees for their daily operational needs.

- Lead the supervisory People team in the region.

- Manage and execute key People processes in the region.

- Ensure accuracy and high quality of all Workday data.

- Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and worker representatives.

- Oversee local Benefits plans in the Hub.

- Define and implement a proactive and efficient labor relations strategy aligned with business and worker needs.

Expectations:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Legal, Business Administration, or Human Resources - Management.

- Minimum of 5 years of progressive operations experience, with at least 2 years managing people in multiple countries.

- Experience in managing a business area in a matrixed environment.

- Ability to prioritize work, coordinate multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating within a team of highly experienced professionals.

- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

- Broad knowledge of HR Technologies and competitive market practices.

- Previous experience with outsourcing administration is advantageous.
