From parking reservation to challan payments, FASTag recharge to RTO related information, real time fuel price information to nearest PUC center search, they have a lot to offer.
They also offer smart parking automated solutions to corporates, apartments, malls, hospitals and other commercial establishments. Their app is a life savior for daily commuters as it provides them with a seamless and real-time experience for parking discovery, booking, payment and tracking.
Must haves in the candidate :
- A PG degree in HR from tier 1 institute
- Experience of working in a Startup or ecommerce company
- Experience of setting up HR systems & processes from scratch
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the culture and constantly strive to maintain the best
- Ensure growth and development of every employee in the organisation.
- Managing complete recruitment cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
- Induction of new entrants to familiarize them with company culture, values, policies, processes and assist them in understanding their roles and responsibilities
- Conceptualizing & developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.
- Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of the existing level of skills.
- Coordinating & organizing internal & external training programs. Developing skills as per defined standards.
- Developing and implementing the performance appraisal system for the company and coordinating it with other line managers.
- Extensive HR systems reporting, HR process, and project management
- Managing the Compensation & Benefits function
- Creating Rewards & Recognition system
- Drive all employee and workplace related events and programs
- Design and execute all employee related communications
- Be a champion for all our employees and support them wherever needed
Qualifications & Experience :
- Must have experience of setting up HR systems & processes from scratch in a Startup or ecommerce company
- Should have experience of hiring Engineers for Technology company
- MBA with 7-13 years of HR experience with dynamically growing organizations.
- Hands on person who can create the HR Infrastructure and drive change initiatives.
- Excellent communication, leadership and planning skills.
- Self-motivated and highly organized with sound knowledge of HR systems and Labour Laws
