Head of PEGA Development Department

Objectives :

- Manage all systems developed on PEGA platform to create the strategic enterprise BPM platform

- Design full implementation process for BPM projects, define the standards for process automation, support with high quality for BPM (Business Process Management ) projects and potential changes.

- To manage all daily activities within team

- To make sure all the instructions/tasks assigned by CIO/BOM/BODs are clear and completed as per the deadline by all staffs.

Technical skills:

- PEGA Methodologies

- SDLS Knowledge

Education:

- Master degree holder, preferably in IT areas

Experience:

- Consumer Bank experience

- BPM Implementation

- COE management
