Payroll Head - Successfactor

- Handling India Payroll Processing, Taxation and Statutory Payroll Compliance including Retirals.

- Skilled in developing & maintaining documentation & controls for payroll activities & procedures; serving as the main contact all payroll related issues.

- Working knowledge of ERP- SAP, ORACLE, , Implementation of Success Factor & SAP -HR Module, pre-implementation analysis, data migration , ERP Users training.

- In his current role, he is responsible for India payroll from end to end ( In-House) ( For 18k Head Count) including Stat Bonus pay out, Gratuity pay out, F&F.
