Position : Head Payment Risk & Analytics

Location : Bengaluru

Role : To head Payment Risk & Analytics for the Bank . This role will manage help in set-up of payment risk and analytics within the organization especially in terms of data, reporting, monitoring framework and analytical requirements. The role will largely be that of an Individual Contributor, though will have some direct/ indirect people management as the role evolves within the organization.

KRAs

Understand key drivers in payments risk, and monitor and predict potential risks on real time basis.

Engage with various internal stakeholders across risk function and payment business to provide necessary analytical insights.

Drive adoption of industry-leading analytical methodologies in delivering analytical insights. Evaluate new analytical tools to enhance analytical solutions

Ability to manage a team of upto 2-3 analysts.

Experience in Risk Analytics and Payment business in BFSI space (e.g., credit cards payment or transaction risk)

Education : Masters in Statistics, Economics, Engineering or Business Administration
