Job Description - [Indicative but not limited to]

- End to End Ownership of multiple payment platform for customers across segments

- Plan, develop and maintain the roadmap for end to end lifecycle of the platform to ensure its growth trajectory is aligned with the organization plan

- Breakdown projects in sub-projects and individual milestones, Develop and maintain detailed project plan (Ensuring resource availability and allocation) to track progress against individual deliverables

- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, dept. heads and sponsors

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Extend support for any specific requirement from agencies or the Bank to evaluate customization requirements, provide data & custom reports, reconciliation support, audit & compliance

- Optimize platform resource utilization and Cost management

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage project risks, changes in project scope, schedule and other resources

- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

- Report and escalate to management as needed

- Establish and maintain relationships with Clients, internal stakeholders, third parties / vendors

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Definition of service level agreements (SLA) in relation to services, ensuring the SLA's are achieved; data sanity and hygiene & client expectations are exceeded

- Effectively monitor, control and support delivery, ensuring standard operating procedures and methodologies are followed

- Create KPIs for monitoring and review, update tools and publish project status reports on a recurring basis

- Conduct Stakeholder Presentations, reviews and report sharing as per the organizational needs

Key Skills / Knowledge required:

1. Experience in Channel integration (Collection, Remittance, Reconciliation and RBI Reporting), troubleshooting & support in any of the following (Mandatory) -

a. CBDT

b. GST

c. State Taxes

d. CBEC

e. Other Agency Business

2. Implementation Exposure to Payment Technologies - Fund Transfer, NEFT, RTGS, Card Txns, UPI etc.

3. Proven Experience in delivering complex techno-functional requirements in MNC, Large Corporates or Government Projects (Preferable)

4. Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders across the hierarchy - internally and externally

5. Experience band of 10-15 years (should not be the bar for candidates having hands-on experience in pt. 1 & 2 above)

6. Exposure to Software delivery process, ability to troubleshoot delivery issues

7. Good to have - Hands on Web Technologies and Database management skills - full stack development/ portal management experience is a definite plus

8. The role requires mature written & verbal communication skills, expertise in presentation skills and proficiency in MS-Office Tools

9. Ability to deliver while working with cross functional teams

10. Exposure to Agile Development (Scrum / Kanban) methodology

11. Experience in working in agile, fast paced & result oriented environment

12. Desired: Certified in Scrum or PMP or Other Delivery Methodologies
