The position is with Financial Services and they are looking for Head - Partnerships - Consumer Lending - Unsecured

Location - Mumbai/Bangalore

Role: Head - Partnerships - Consumer Lending - Unsecured

What will you do:

The individual shall be responsible for liasioning, building and driving key partnerships with Banks / NBFC's / lenders and managing the relationship.

Key responsibilities:

- Set up and manage the partnership vertical from scratch and take it to scale.

- Initiate and manage client engagement by building relationships at CXO level.

- Lead negotiations with Banks and Financial Institutions for alignment on commercials, credit policy, operational processes, collections etc.

- Devise and implement growth strategies to grow the client base within specific geography.

- Responsible for designing and executing partnership programs and products with Partners.

- Responsible for developing the process of new client acquisition

- Overseeing onboarding of NBFCs and FIs in the system.

- Responsible for managing the partnerships, scaling them and accountable for delivery on business from each of the partners. Own the P&L for delivery at a partner level.

- Review the market landscape, identify partners, review business model of potential partners to bring relevant partnerships for review.

- Design new products working closely with Risk / Analytics teams for specific client segments to grow the business digitally end to end leveraging own / partner platforms.

Capabilities we are looking for

- The candidate should have an engineering background from a premier college. MBA from a tier-1 B School will be preferable.

- Should possess 10+ years of relevant experience in co-lending business for various channels in financial services.

- Must be able to build business relationships, talk to various levels of an organization (CXOs to analysts), get work done by various people.

- Must think strategically - convey as much in stakeholder conversations and aid in thought leadership within the team.

- Should be ambitious and can work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
