Nurturing Strategic Partnerships - Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key prospects, decision-makers, alliance partners, and industry experts. - Value Proposition Articulation: Clearly articulate the platform's value proposition to potential clients, elucidating its features, functionalities, and overarching benefits. - Demonstration Mastery: Proficiently demonstrate how the platform can optimize and automate processes across the insurance value chain. - Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with insurance carriers, brokers, 3rd Party Clients, and other key decision-makers. Understand their unique challenges, align the platform's capabilities with their specific needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive sales. B. Business Development - Proactive Growth: Proactively drive the development of new business in the region. - Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers in the insurance industry who stand to benefit from our platform. - Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's underlying technology, existing products, and consulting services. - Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest trends, innovations, and challenges in the insurance industry, especially in the realm of insurance automation and low-code platforms. - Collaborative Insights: Share insights and knowledge with the sales team, contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales strategies. Ideal Candidate : - Experience: 10-15+ years of proven expertise in Insurtech, Fintech, and BFSI Partnership Sales. - Industry Knowledge: Good to have a comprehensive understanding of the Insurtech ecosystem. - Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of Middleware processes and workflows. -Tech-savvy: Familiarity with Cloud-based platforms and technologies is highly desirable. - Communication Prowess: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and create win-win solutions. - Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain robust relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide consultative sales solutions. - Industry Network: CXO connections within the insurance industry.
