This opportunity is for Mumbai location

Exp 13+ experience

CTC : 40 Lacs depending on Interview

Role :

- Responsible for building strong lending tie-ups with Fintechs/NBFCs / Ecosystem players (like Payments, POS players, B2B Marketplaces etc.)

- Driving Partnerships, AUM & Revenue Growth for the Partnerships & Alliances vertical

- As part of this role, developing the strategy, process and product design for on-boarding partners, negotiate contractual relationships, technology integration

- Creating market-wide change through partnership with tech giants and other ecosystem enablers to help transform lending

Expectations :

- 5-10 years in the NBFC/Fintech or related technology industry, having led partnerships, strategy, product and business development initiatives

- Deep understanding of Lending products (secured/unsecured/other lending products)

- Thought-leader with the ability to clearly communicate U GRO's strategy for Fintech

- Have handled co-lending and strategic partnerships with Fintech ecosystem players

- Understanding of co-lending operations, customer journey, tech integration, MIS reporting's

- Depth of rigour to operational effectiveness, excellence in execution, new product/market entry and client acquisition through to onboarding and servicing

- Achieving business KPIs through cross departmental collaboration, team Management and relationship management skills.

- This is a P&L role for the growth of business through strategic partnerships & programs
