Key Responsibilities :
- Identify opportunities for the brand, educational, and government partnerships to help drive client acquisition, market expansion, and brand recognition
- Drive partnership negotiations and arrive at best commercial outcomes
- Maintain and establish relationships with partners and nurture long term strategic approach
- Define and monitor partner metrics and KPIs and identify opportunities for investment, campaign optimization and expansion
- Maintain a strong network and continuously monitor trends for new partnership opportunities
- Work with internal teams to put in places processes and initiatives around partner ecosystem
- Use data and run analytics to uncover trends and opportunities
- Plan for and scale the partnership and alliance team in line with business growth and mentor new team members
