We have an urgent requirement for Head of Partnership for Mumbai location.
Responsibilities:
- The head of products/partnerships will spearhead the acquisition of network properties (Luxury Villas) for the business. They will be responsible for identifying macro trends, sourcing properties, and negotiate with network properties and owners to create win win partnerships.
- An opportunity to be a part of the leadership team in the organization with a wide spectrum to enter into strategic partnerships pan India.
Highlights of the responsibilities:
- Use Primary and secondary research to identify macro locations
- Lead a team of 10+ agents who will sourcing unique lux properties
- Manage a funnel from interest to closure pan India
- Negotiate with the homeowners/developers to close 200+ properties over a year
- Create, negotiate and manage win-win partnerships for all stakeholders
- Maintain and hone relationships with partners over the course of their partnership with the firm
- Help develop the product based on network options complete with experiences
- Work in partnership with Marketing and Operations to deliver a seamless experience for the end consumer
- Manage legal, compliance and commercials w.r.t network partners
Qualifications:
- Experience with real estate or hospitality acquisition/partnerships
- Intent and capability to work in startup environment
- Dynamic professional with ability to lead with minimal direction
- Ability to multi task and take on more roles as and when required
