Looking to hire for a fast growing Fintech firm based at Mumbai

- Background in BNPL payments is MANDATORY (1-4 yrs of relevant BNPL experience)

- Work closely with external partners and in-house team to build and run BNPL solutions so that the solutions serve delightful experience on BNPL use cases for the customers.

- Excellent problem solving skills and strong focus on customer success.

- Comfortable working in a very high paced environment

- Leading experience, product and business outcomes.

- Needs to work with internal stakeholders and external partners(merchants) to drive business

- Must be able to balance strategy with day-to-day running the business aspects, highly organized, and able to seamlessly prioritize a dynamic workload.

Candidate must be:

1. Ideally from an e-commerce, financial services or payments environment.

2. MBA from Tier 1 institute
