Role Description

Mandatory : Good Networking

- Draw bi-annual and annual action plans + pitch decks for target clientele.

- Present, get approvals of sales strategy and annual plans from the reporting manager and Paris Partnerships Director.

- Implement a B2B commercial strategy with the approval of management.

- Work closely with the marketing team to create local event/IPs for global and local brands.

- Liaise on NDAs, MOUs and other processes with relevant personnel in legal and HQ.

- Set annual SMART goals, hit quarterly targets, track achievements, and be completely on top of

- Maintain close rapport with marketing and operations teams for seamless workflow.

- Design an efficient information and update circuit within the service (meetings, notes, directives).

- Coordinate and monitor the activity of team on deliverables and timelines.

- Intervene in support or directly with the client/prospect if necessary.

- Monitor key accounts customers by ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and complete customer satisfaction.

- Make regular points with the account manager to follow the progress of projects.

- Identify additional business opportunities with existing accounts (upsale of opportunities, additional special operations, contact with subsidiaries, etc.) and establish an action plan for this purpose.

- Establish connections with prospects/sectors of activity likely to be interested in partnership agreements with company make business pitches and follow up for pitch closure while keeping reporting manager looped into all communication for transparency.

- Build a potential clientele master sheet to filter brands investing in gaming, and esports domestically and globally.

- Determine the potential of a prospect and explore new leads.

- Canvass prospects by identifying the cross-benefits of future collaborations.

- Ensure the smooth running of negotiations leading to the signing of an agreement.

- Ensure fluid communication between legal counsel for company and that of the prospect/client.

- Develop specifications.

- Document partner/potential partner meetings.

- Establish processes for settling disputes and/or send it to the "litigation" legal department.

- Design commercial supports.

- Prepare and organize customer/prospect meetings.

- Oversee the smooth running of partner projects and events.

- Develop relationships with national agencies and external providers of business.

- Explore newer "out-of-the-box" revenue streams determining and connecting with key required partners.

- Maintain sales ownership, and project timelines.

- Meet annual set and agreed-upon targets/budgets.

- Any additional services for the company and may ask from time to time, according to the needs and evolution of the entity
