Job description :
- Heading partner program which involves acquiring new quality partners with responsibility of revenue generation, quality check, partner categorization and partner servicing
Responsibilities :
Direct Responsibilities :
- Should be well versed with broking & partner program running in market.
- Connecting & Acquisition of new Partners with his/her own networking & marketing.
- Creating various referral schemes to attract partners & generate revenue which is inline with regulatory & compliance
- Managing relationship with partners & monitoring their business methods
- Building overall eco system with appointment of right team
- Quality check of partners, accounts sourced by partners & maintaining revenue model
- Work with Digital Marketing for lead generation & Call Center for lead fulfilment
Contributing Responsibilities:
- Responsible for revenue generation from Partner Program
- Team management & set up of right process for the Partner program
- Adherence of all process & policies to run the program

Specific Qualifications (if required)
- Min graduate with min 10-15 yrs workex in field of Marketing/Sales/Relationship manager kind of role in broking/banking/insurance/finance
- Preferred worked in Brokerage house under partner referral scheme
