Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Mastery: Design and oversee the strategy to supercharge revenue growth, focusing especially on our primary markets which form the bedrock of our success, contributing over 70% to our overall revenue.

- Team Leadership: Handpick, mentor, and steer a dynamic growth team, molding them into a powerhouse that amplifies your strategic vision.

- Customer Lifecycle Management: Own the user journey from the first point of contact to achieving a positive Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) payback. Delve deep into payback periods and the ratio of Lifetime Value (LTV) to CAC to ensure profitability and sustainability.

- In-App Marketing Genius: Innovate and implement in-app marketing campaigns that elevate user experience. This isn't just about retaining users; it's about enriching their journey, and in turn, boosting retention and LTV.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster seamless collaborations with the content, tech, product, and analytics brigades. Your mission? Synchronize efforts, harness collective genius, and achieve the coveted revenue growth
