Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with leadership to implement strategic plan to managing and growing the company's revenue and market share
- Manage a large team of 150+ sales associates
- Devise and execute strategies which will maximize lead to opportunity conversion including training, coaching, and process improvements
- Collaborate with the Sales Managers, Directors and Marketing on campaigns and strategies to assist with nurturing the existing lead database
- Monitor KPI sand work with the team for execution of strategies
- Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
- Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
Candidate Experience required:
- Successful experience selling product, service or a combination of both to global Fortune 500 client base.
- Skilled at building rapport and understanding business requirements of senior decision makers
- 15-20 years of experience in global sales
- Working knowledge of the key business functions within IT/ ITES industry and trends and initiatives.
- Previous track record driving profitable account growth, preferably in a technology company
- Candidates with prior experience in global sales will ONLY be considered
