Reporting to: Director and Vice President Job Responsibilities: - To create OTX supply business with complete P&L Ownership - Responsible for strategy designing and execution - Fully responsible for all facets of product procurement, including negotiations with vendors on pricing and promotions. - Have accountability for category reporting, such as forecasting, analysis of YTD and prior year sales, promos, etc. - Responsible for Market, Product, Consumer, and Consumer Behavior. - Strong in market analytics (google analytics, etc.,) - Be responsible for annual OTC category management and trade marketing plan - Develop, gain agreement for and ensure delivery of strategies to grow the OTC business. - Have direct responsibility for all external agency relationships, from advertising agencies, PR agencies, design agencies, market research agencies, and external sales agencies. - Strong in market analytics (google analytics, etc.) - Actual procurement of product, developing category plan-o-grams and continued analysis of product performance. Desired Profile: - Have handled Sales, Marketing - Ethical & Digital & Ecommerce for OTC division for Nutraceutical companies.
