- Providing consulting support to deliver organizational change initiatives
- Developing change strategy to support stakeholders and organization through all phases of change, arising out of new technology/ process implementation
- Developing governance approach, comprising of project structure, roles and responsibilities, meeting and reporting cadence, and risk and issue management.
- Conducting stakeholder analysis and analysing change impacts to propose interventions for the impacted audience
- Conducting learning needs analysis, target audience identification, and developed & executed learning campaigns to achieve learning plan objectives and enhance adoption
- Developing training plans, including instructor-led learning, web-based learning using authoring tools like Articulate
