Increase organizational effectiveness for a very large workforce through focus on increasing all round competence of new hires and existing employees , alignment with business needs ,develop business dev capabilities , leadership pipeline and leadership development , succession planning and defining/implementing key HR initiatives for the business. This is for 10s of 1000s of employees.

what would the person be like

1) should have worked in OD in a leadership role ; total 12+ years exp ; industry can be IT or non IT

2) very strong conceptual and execution capabilities

3) MBA from a premier institute ( XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD/MDI ) with outstanding track record in large professionally managed Tier 1 organisation.

4) A stable career profile (average stint - min 3 years + ( exp/no of jobs ) )

5) excellent communication skills in a cross cultural , MNC environment
